The issue affecting the processing of large TE payment batches has been resolved. Centers should no longer encounter the “Input string is not in correct format” error.
A restart of the Procare Desktop software is required to pull down the update and apply the fix.

Investigating
We are investigating an issue introduced with the Procare Desktop 2025.18.1 update that is preventing some centers from submitting Tuition Express batches. Impacted centers will see the error message "Input string was not in a correct format." Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a fix, which we expect to deploy by end of day 12/11/2025. There is currently no workaround available.
